Shipping:
Shipping is by economy mail (i.e No couriers), Spiral Sect cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal service or any damage incurred during transit.
Please allow 2-3 Weeks for delivery.
If, for some reason, we are not able to ship your goods within this time, we will notify you by email.
Goods will be sent uninsured.

Orders Outside Australia:
You will be responsible for any applicable import duties/taxes within your country.
We are not able to mark goods as Gifts on customs decaration forms. The goods will be marked as CDs and the appropriate value in $AUS will be noted.

Return of Goods:
Every CD is visually inspected prior to dispatch. If in the unlikely event that your disc is faulty, email enquiries@spiralsect.com and we will discuss return and replacement.
Shipping on returns is at your expense.
Whilst every care is taken to appropriately package your goods, Spiral Sect cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred during transit.
